Half emtpy, or half full?

MY birthday is this weekend. My wish for presents has been half answered, as I’m the lucky recipient of two tickets for the Saturday at Radio 1’s One Big Weekend in Dundee.

While I’m obviously happy about this, I’m a wee bit disappointed that I didn’t get Sunday tickets too. My plan now is to ensure that I wouldn’t actually be in any fit state to attend on the Sunday anyway, then I won’t really mind as much that I won’t be there. Hic!
